What a great habit to learn while young!
Practicing gratitude daily is an amazing habit to start. In this hectic world, it allows our children to have a moment of peace and take time to consider all the things that are going “right” in their lives instead of focusing on the negative.
Childhood is a tough road with plenty of social pressure, and now bullying can happen 24/7 online, versus previously just as school.
